#90 Wonderglo® Porch & Patio Latex Epoxy (Single Component)

PRODUCT TYPE: Latex Base Epoxy.

DESCRIPTION: A latex-based epoxy utilized extensively for porches, patios, exterior trim, interior semi-gloss, previously-painted surfaces, new and old cement and concrete, new and old wood, or over asphalt. A finish coat for primed iron and steel . No primer is required when used on aluminum, copper, or galvanized steel.

Intended Use: For porches, patios, concrete, wood, iron, steel, aluminum, copper, galvanized metal, locker rooms, marking lines, airports, lavatories, stadiums, swimming pool aprons, schools, hospitals, restaurants, etc.

PRACTICAL COVERAGE: 300 sq. ft. per gallon on unpainted masonry--500 sq. ft. per gallon on sealed surfaces.

SURFACE PREPARATION: Clean all surfaces thoroughly with Gre-Sofâ or items such as detergents, tri-sodium phosphate. Rinse thoroughly. If efflorescence (a white crusty growth) is present, scrape the area and wash with phosphoric acid solution such as KEDâ or Crete-Nuâ . Thoroughly rinse with clear water before painting. If mildew or other mold growth is present, remove with full bleach solution like Cloroxâ . Rinse thoroughly.

APPLICATION: Brush, roller, or spray.

THINNING: Thin if necessary with regular clean tap water.

CLEAN-UP: Tools and equipment may be cleaned with regular clean tap water.
